I have lived at the Brentshire Gardens for 8 months and I'm counting the days until my lease is up!!! It has been a cold winter so far and my heat has not worked in 2 months!! Our bathroom ceiling has fallen in twice in 5 months. Our bathroom light goes out constantly. If there is any advantages its the maintaince man. He's awesome but I guess he has to be because he's working so much and he gets his practice. But he was the only reason we haven't decided to buy out of our lease but we just found out he is leaving so now there is no reason to stay. The landlords are rough, they never listen to any of our reports of problems. But if your one day late with rent they are all over you!!! Its a shame because these apartments could be very nice if the owners cared enough to fix some of the problems. but they don't. Its a shame. So if you see these apartments it might look to good to be true, but this place is really a dump...go soemwhere where they are gonna take care of you! And your ceiling won't fall on you!
