This is the worst place to live. Police have been called numerous times due to noise. Management is terrible and very unhelpful. Information have been refused to me by management. I have actually been hung up on by their main leasing office agent. Leasing office is very unprofessional. Maintence have entered my apartment without consent while I was sleeping and when I do need them to come, they won't. The heat never works for the first few months of winter. Everytime someone flushes a toilet the water gets extremely hot or cold while in the shower. It takes an hour just to get a full shower. Kids loiter in the parking lots and you have to dodge them just to park your car and get up to your apartment. Police are called constantly on these kids but the problem still continues because the leasing office refuses to do anything. If you have a problem with another tenant who is noisy, the leasing office will tell you its not their problem. During the winter they do not plow the parking lots and you have to dig your own car out and risk falling on the ice. Last winter I was so desperate, I called Brentwood Borough to plow our parking lot but sine this is private property they couldn't. I'm sure there is more, but this is all I can remember for now.
