Ok now I have lived in both Pine tree and Brenshire Gardens. We are actually in brenshire now and are counting the days until we move. My apt. wasn't ready when we moved in (we gave them and extra month to fix it up) The carpets were not replaced like we were told they would be. The Place wasn't painted the bathroom floor was comming up. the kitchen floor was breaking apart. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and the windows in the bedrooms would not close and the ones that did close would not stay open. well as the months went on we had a leak in the living room and the bathroom from the people above us now the hole in the bath room is leaking and nothing is beoing done about it. I don't know why I expected them to fix it when I called about everything else notheing was done EVER. Also the kids in the culdesac are the worst thay don't even live in the complex and it is posted that you are not allowed to skaetboard, bike ride, or play there but no one cares. They people who live above me are the most classless people I have ever heard all hours of the day and night they are jumping, running, swearing, dropping things, fighting with each other and their kids not to mention smacking them around. No one seems to want to do about it. The fire alarm went off one morning and my famil and 2 other people when live ther are the the only smart people who left the building. Snow plowing doesn't happen. I could go on and on.
Bottom line JUST DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!
