I lived in the Fifth Ave Gardens apartments run by the same reality that runs Brentshire Gardens. The office staff were horrendous to deal with. They would not let you tell them what your problem was without interrupting you numerous times. When you finally get them to listen, they tell you that the conversation is over and hang up on you. At least this is the experience that I had everytime I called them. They had no regard for the sanitary issues at the apartment building. One Friday afternoon, my bathroom ceiling was leaking. When I called the emergency maintenance line, I was treated as usual and they asked if it could wait until Monday. When telling them how unsanitary their apartment was, they told us that we certainly had the option not to live there (which we used as soon as the lease was up). When a tree fell on our car, keep in mind this is the second car to have a tree fall on it in about six months, they had no sympathy for our problem and refused to offer any help claiming the trees in the parking lot are healthy. Finally, don't expect to see any of your security deposit, even if the apartment is better when you left than when you moved in. They are horrible people to deal with and I would not recommend anyone live in any of their buildings.
