Overall Pretty Good...a couple small complaints though.

Maintenance issues were usually resolved within a couple days. It can sometimes be difficult to get ahold of people though so sometimes its best to just find Bob (building super) walking around during the day. Its a little pricey for the size but its cleaner than a lot of other apartments, its safe, and its close to Pitt campus. Probably my biggest complaint isn't so much with the place as it is with the other tenants. Since it is a college apartment, there are usually parties somewhere around you any night of the week. People tend to smoke in the stairwells especially on weekends and make the whole hallway smell like smoke...the smell sometimes travels into my living room. Compared to a lot of college apartments, it is very nice and well maintained.
