I saw many comments related to while staying in this apartment complex. People who rated positive have not faced any problems. But there are many things which may happen to you too after moving out of this apartment.

Can you imagine paying from your pocket even if you made full payment till end of your lease'
It is possible if you hand over the apartment keys before last of lease expiry. They can rent your apartment and consider the lease breakage penalty.
So do not give your keys before end date of lease expiry.

Can you imagine a call from collection department even if you made full payment'
Make sure you have all copies.

Can you imagine paying for carpet replacement even if there was pre-existing damage'
You can not avoid this but can reduce it to some extent. Before you get into apartment report all damages including any scratch. If you do not have enough space on that sheet then just put one word "damaged". Get the inspection done before you leave the apartment i.e. in front of you. For me they claimed that they repaired the carpet after my move in even if they didn't and they do not want to give me that in writing.

Once you are out of that apartment complex you can not do anything other that getting angry on yourself who preferred cheap rent than good apartment.

Let others know if you are staying in the same apartment. Please try not to promote these kind of harrashments to the community because of which people are renting these apartments.
