I know that alot of people have posted about the horrible experiences they have had here, but even though the office staff is not fun to deal with and gas prices are slightly higher then id like, there are some nice positives to point out and I would like to do that because after being here a year, and staying for another one I think its important to show all sides.

Positive 1: Maintenance People

They are awesome, I have never seen a bigger response from an apartment complex. If you call in the morning on one day, they will do whatever you need by the next day. Ive called them probably about 4 times and if they didnt come that same day, it was the next day.

Also, during the winter they are even greater for keeping the roads cleared even better then Greentree Rd. The best snow clearing job ive ever seen, they really work hard to keep the roads clear for everyone.

Positive 2: Near lots of important things.

Like the grocery store, banks, pharmacys, and restaurants. All the other places i looked at before i decided to stay here were further away from these places. Its also in a great location to get to 79 and banksville and Liberty. Very easy access to all 3 to pick from if traffic is backed up on one.

Positive 3: Safety

I feel completely safe here, from time to time i leave my door unlocked and ive even had my car open as i transfere stuff like groceries inside. I even once ran my vacuum cleaner out to my car and vacuumed it from my apartment :) Very safe place, I have no concerns.

One thing i have noticed that i wish i could change are that the windows are very big, so they let in alot of cold air, which is why gas bills are expensive. *note* put plastic over them, it helps.

Other then that, if your not a very picky person and dont deal with the office staff very much, then i would recommend this place. They prices are very decent for the area and I plan to move across the street to a smaller place in about a month when my lease here is up. Im moving cause im the only one in a 2br townhouse cause my sister lived with me for awhile, but i dont need the extra room anymore, so im moving to a 1br apartment.
