STAY AWAY! From: s6139@netzero.net Date posted: 10/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Probably the only positive aspect of residence here would be the convenience of its location. As mentioned by previous reviewers, office staff are complete AS*H*LES! I lived in the 100 high rise building, which did never NOT smell. I had many ridiculous experiences with this place, including my girlfriend's car being towed, COCHROACH INFESTED BUILDING, being charged $25.00 for a replacment key, and "improper vacating" fees, among other things. Even though my lease was only 12 month, they charged me a two month rent penalty because they did not have 60 days written notice I was leaving. What a scam, unreal!!! If it was that important, THEY should have notified me to find out if I am renewing. Having turned back the clock to last year, I wouldn't have even walked into the rental office. And I hope management from the building reads this, a big middle finger to you! If you think I made up this review in slander, move in, then you will find out.
