Absolutely HORRIBLE

First of all, our electric bill for two people, very few appliances is over $300 per month. Our air conditioner is constantly broke... this is the third time this summer. In fact, it is 95 degrees in our apartment. Management refuses to return phone calls. We applied to move to another apartment, then changed our minds in the allotted time span. Management told us they did not cash our check, which we found out they did... and refuse to reimburse us!!! Not to mention, smoke can be smelled through the ventilation. If you get home after 8:00 pm, there are NO parking spaces. The elevator is constantly broke... frequently, tenants must walk up/down seven flights of stairs. This is by far the WORST apartment experience I have ever had, and it is due to management. The tenants are nice, and I feel sorry that people put up with this kind of service! We are moving ASAP!!! Do NOT move here... there are plenty of nice apartments in this area... this is NOT one of them.
