GET SEVERAL DIFFERENT EXPLANATIONS. THEY ARE ALL THERE TO MAKE A PAYCHECK THAT'S IT.
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. I DON'T THINK THAT DREYFUSS ( THE COMPANY THAT YOU PAY YOUR RENT TO ) EVEN CARES. THEY ARE TOO BUSY COUNTING ALL THAT MONEY YOU KEEP GIVING
THEM. THIS PAST YEAR THEY PUT IN NEW WINDOWS IN EVERY APARTMENT AND TOWNHOUSE. THEY LOOK OK, BUT DON'T THINK FOR ONE SECOND YOU WILL SAVE ON HEATING. YOU WON'T!!! YOU WILL PAY BETWEEN $125.00 TO $145.00 DOLLARS FROM THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER TO MID MAY. THE TOWN HOUSES ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON ROYAL OAK DRIVE. THEY ALL HAVE INEFFICIENT FURNACES. THEY STAY ON ALL DAY AND ESPECIALLY ALL NIGHT LONG. AFTER DOING SOME INVESTIGATING I FIGURED OUT WHY IT'S FREEZING INSIDE MY TOWNHOUSE. THE WALLS ARE NOT, THAT'S RIGHT NOT INSULATED WQITH ANY, I MEAN ANY INSULKATION. THE WALL ARE MADE FROM 1/4" DRYWALL. IN THE WINTER YOU FEEL A DRAFT THAT'S SO BAD. DON'T LET THE LOOKS FOOL YOU. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY DON'T COME TO CARRAIGE PARK APARTMENTS. YOU WILL GO BROKE JUST PAYING YOUR GAS BILL.
YOU MUST HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THE OFFICE,IF YOU DON'T THEY WILL SAY THAT THEY DID'NT SAY THAT. AND YOU WILL EITHER PAY FOR SOMETHING OR OTHER. DREYFUSS DOES

LIKE THE UNIVERSITY OF PITTBURGH MEDICAL CENTER, OR PITT UNIVERSITY, OR CARNEGIE MELLON UNIVERSITY. THEY GET STUDENTS TO LIVE IN CARRIAGE PARK. MOST LIKELY THE COMPANIES PAY THE RENT SO CARRIAGE PARK KNOWS THAT THEY ARE IMPORTANT. DREYFUSS IS SMART. IF YOU EVER GET A CHANCE TO DRIVE BY

PARKING IS NOT AMPLE THE HIGH RISE PEOLPLE TAKE YOUR SPOT. BECAUSE THEY ARE TO LAZY TO WALK. THE LAUNDRY IN THE TOWNHOSES SUCKS TOO. ONLY 1 WASHER AND 1 DRYER ON EITHER SIDE. THAT'S CRAZY. THEY DON'T EVEN WORK RIGHT EITHER. I COULD HEAR MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS DOING EVERYTHING,THEY COULD HEAR ME DO EVERTHING,SAY EVERYTHING TOO. IN THE MORNING WHEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE A SHOWER YOU CAN HEAR THE WATER FROM YOUR NEIGHBORS SHOWER. IT' SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE IN YOUR HOUSE.. IT'S BAD. WALL ARE PAPER THIN.

I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING IN THIS REVIEW, AND AM ALSO NOT RENEWING MY LEASE, I'LL HAVE TO SEND MY 60 DAY NOTICE VIA CERTIFIED MAIL, BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE CLAIM THEY DON'T RECEIVE IMPORTANT STUFF. GOOD RIDDANCE TO DREYFUSS!!!!

Totally agree. I used to rent an apt there and later upgraded to a townhouse. When I left the apt, they said I would have to pay for the "carpet damage!?" ... when in fact there was no damage at all! The carper was just darker in the area around the front door (normal stuff) ... anyway ... I said I wasn't going to pay. They agreed because I was "upgrading" ... bottom line. After I moved in to the townhouse, I got a bill for the new carpet they put in the townhouse for me because I complained there was a huge burnt spot in the middle of the living room. I said I wasn't going to pay because it was their job to give me a brand new townhouse with a new carpet and they put a collection agency after me. Even thought I got frustated and sent in the payment after a while, my credit report still lists the collection was initiated till this day. The point is: DON'T GO THERE! The staff in the office is terrible! Oh and by the way, the reason we decided to move to the townhouse was because my wife had just our baby and the management came telling us we couldn't live in the apt anymore because the 1-bedroom apt was for couples only. Couples with a kid had to upgrade and since we had a few-weeks old baby, we would need to move. Well, you get the point.

THE MANAGEMENT IS A CHEAT. THEY ENSURE TO SQUEEZE MONEY OUT OF BY SOME WAY OR OTHER. MY HEATING GAS BILL COME REDICULOUSLY HIGH. SOME PAID EVEN $250. AND I ONE OF THOSE. ALL MY FRIENDS GOT CHEATED DURING VACATING... THE MANAGEMENT NEVER LISTENS TO PEOPLES REQUEST... WORTHLESS ONE I HAVE EVER SEEN... NO ONE SHOULD MOVE IN HERE....
