HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, TOWNHOUSES ARE BUILT WITH PAPER-THIN WALLS, HAVE TERRIBLY SMALL WASHERS & DRYERS IN THEM...BARELY HOL A TOWEL.

MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE, THEY TRY TO BLAIM THE TENANT, WHEN THEIR MAINTENANCE CREW CAN'T DRIVE A SCREW.

WHAT'S WITH THEM BILLING FOR THE GAS & WATER' MUST BE ANOTHER WAY FOR DREYFUSS TO MAKE MONEY...HEY, MAKE SURE YOU GET THAT CHECK SUBMITTED IN TIME (AND THEY DON'T LOOSE IT!)...THERE WILL BE A THREATENING LETTER POSTED TO YOUR DORR INDICATING YOU PAY OR WILL BE EVICTED IN 3-DAYS!

WHAT'S WITH THE SEPERATE CHECK FOR YOUR CARPORT OR GARAGE (NO WALLS)' GOD FORBID YOU PUT BOTH YOUR APARTMENT RENT & GARAGE OR CARPORT RENT ON ONE CHECK---DREYFUSS WILL POST ANOTHER NASTY-GRAM ON YOUR DOOR!

GOOD RIDDANCE TO THESE PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU ARE INDIAN, THEN THEY LIKE YOU. NOTHING AGAINST THE INDIAN PEOPLE, BUT CRUISE BY & CHECK IT OUT.

DON'T MOVE THERE!

As I said in another posting the portion of gas that residents pay covers about fifty percent of the gas expense of the community. And no resident of Carriage Park pays for their water. Water and sewer are included in the rent.

As stated in the lease agreement, rent is due on the first of the month and considered late after the fifth. On or about the sixth of the month residents who have not paid will receive late rent letters. The letters do state that if rent is not paid within three days legal action will started and this will incur court costs and attorney fees. It is unlawful to evict anyone without a court order and Carriage Park follows the lease agreement and the local laws governing tenant/landlord issues.

Residents are NOT required to use seperate checks for their carport and rent and gas. In fact, we prefer when all charges are paid in one form as it is fewer payments to process.

I would like to add that Carriage Park is happy and proud to have such a diverse group of residents living here. What a boring world it would be if we were all the same.
