I lived at 400-310 for about a year before relocating to MD. So far, I've had no complaints really. Maintenance is efficient and quick. Two problems I've had were solved quickly and even on a Sunday late evening. Refrigerator completely broke down and was replaced with a brand new one. I didnt really have any utilities problem since I've kept them low trying to use less if possible. Fitness Center is small but you have your main equipments in there. Tennis courts were great and pool was maintained well. Rent to me was pretty cheap for what I pay in the city. There was less worry for me there especially on pest problems. All my time there, I've seen no roaches which should've been a priority on the list, but was never brought up, bc there was never a problem. I can't say that now with my bf's apt in MD. Time to move out of here for sure, but thanks for a no-hassle stay at Carriage Park.
