I just wanted to give kudos to the management and staff of Carriage Park. I have lived here for 3 years now and have seen much. Yes there are issues, there have to be in a community of this magnitude. However, the issues are with trying to keep up with the daily maintenance of such a large development.

I personally have never had any issues with the staff at any level here. They are polite, helpful, and willing to do anything to make your stay here a pleasant one. The new manager is a very welcoming person, who greets everyone with a smile. The leasing staff greet everyone walking thru the door, laughing, joking, making one feel part of a big family, and the fact that they are hardworking, and love what they do shows everyday. The maintenance staff is the best always willing to go the extra mile.

I have been in the office when it is very busy with people who live here as well as people looking to live here and seen each being treated with respect and courtesy. However, I have seen the staff verbally abused, being screamed at, belittled, for things which are out of their control such as rent increases, gas bills and the like.

Respect is earned, to receive it one has to earn it. Enough Said. Again kudos to a hardworking staff, most of the residents here appreciate you and everything you, the rest' well ..enough said.

I just want to say, I have lived down in the area of robinson and greentree for a total of 3 and 1/2 years now. I have lived at Chestnut Ridge, and Ventana Hills. I understand that management can only do so much. They do have to put up with a lot of people's issues and are only human as well. I haven't had any problems with Carriage Park except when moving in and a former employee misled us, hence why she was terminated. The management at Carriage Park does not tolerate ignorant employees(and no I'm not an employee at Carriage Park). I work in customer service, and myself own property. So I know what landords are put thru.
