After 31 years at Carriage Park, I must say that it is not as bad as you hear. There have been ups and downs over the years but Danielle and her present staff are attempting to get a handle on the complex again.

The grounds and maintenance staffs are outstanding. Rick and his crews keep beautiful grounds and you could not ask for better service from the maintenance people. If you treat them with respect they will respond in kind.

There is a large Indian population and they are adapting to the American way of life but they have always been pleasant. You will catch cooking smells that are foreign but this will be part of any apartment complex.

The highrises are in need of renovation but this is slowly taking place based upon their ages. Lobby areas need to be spruced up and the hall carpets need to be replaced but this I am told is in the immediate future.

In talking about a renewal the manager was more than willing to talk about major upgrades to my apartment. If you treat her well, she will respond in kind.

Too often people have come in with an attitude and they turn nasty. The staff is more patient than I would ever be in dealing with unreasonable requests.

Give CP a chance. It is convenient and it has a great product to offer. Treat the staff with respect and they will work with you.

I agree, Rick and his grounds crew do a fantastic job and make us all proud of our community's curb appeal. Tony and his group of maintenance technicans strive to give our residents prompt and efficient service and maintain the community. There are improvements planned and improvements to be planned in the future. It is an ongoing process improving a community, especially one of this size. But every day our goal is to make Carriage Park a great place to call home. We are always open to suggestions, comments and concerns from you and your fellow residents. In fact we rely on them to aid us in our quest to make Carriage Park the best it can be.
