I've lived in alot of apaartments from college on and never had a problem until now. I had an infestation of ants that was reported and not corrected I come home they are in my food on my counterand is really upsetting. when i walk in the entrance by the stairs that lead up to my apartment there are papers stacked a mile high it looks like garbage and is very embarrassing in front of company, If you work afternoon do not plan on getting a parking place unless you walk forver. The office staff is totally unconcerned about any complaints and are very rude and ignorant.

When dealing with so many issues each day occassionally we let something slip through the cracks, but that is no excuse. I am sorry that we neglected to put your name on the pest control list after your ant complaint. There is simply no acceptable reason for us to not follow up on this and for that I sincerely apologize. While I can appreciate the cleaning crew has not always done their job up to par, I do encourage you and your neighbors to let us know when your building is having problems. We are unable to be in each building on a daily basis and do rely on our residents to help keep us informed. I can assure that no one on this staff, office or maintenance, is unconcerned with your complaints. We are always striving to increase our residents' satisfaction and to make living here at Carriage Park as enjoyable as possible.
