management is rude, wont give you the phone number to the head office when asked. I had to look it up myself online. Then once you move out they say they will have your deposit refuned back to you in 30 days, so far no deposit back and its been over 30 days. The office staff has no clue what there doing and will lie to your straight out. Then the manager is just as bad. Theres a lot better choices around the area. The gas bills are super high and they dont say where they get the gas from, The meters are like little square boxes and im willing to bet there not up to code. Then when you ask them to send a copy of the gas bill they ask why you would want it. Look at the gas bill, they charge you an extra 2.50 under the code "Other". I have copies of every gas bill and cant figure out why there so high. I heat a 1000sq ft shop set at 65 degrees for about 60 a month. Something doesnt add up. If you are upset with the management dont waste your time at the head office. Call the main office at:
