The property manager is like a drill instructor. She is noisy, greedy and fat like her personality...too much of everything. I THINK SHE EVEN YELLED AT ME MORE THAN MY MOM EVER DID. And I paid on time each month. If I didn't have classes I believe I would have sued her alone. She even came close to hitting me once. Or it could have been that I was in a relationship and had a life unlike what was going with hers...she basically wanted control of all her tennants including me but sorry I couldn't renew my lease she was the wicked witch of the west. If you want to have fun and treat your place as if it was yours and not a dormroom (well I think my friends even could make more noise and have more fun in their dorms than I could there). This place is really not for you if you are a college student and don't want to put up with more -------s than your professors.

Carriage Park is happy to have responsible mature students among our residents. But this is not a dorm and shouldn't be treated like one. Paying rent is not the only responsibility a resident has. A resident must be respectful of their neighbors and follow the lease agreement they signed before moving in. As for your comment that I almost hit you, that is an outright lie. And frankly the rest of your comments do not merit response. I don't think the purpose of this website is name calling.
