First off, been here for almost a yr and gladly going to renew my lease. Now i feel i need to throw my opinion in after reading all these comments. Yes, this place if filled with ------- (im not)...they re nicer then ever! I haven t met a single one w/attitude and even their kids are wonderful, always saying hello. Agreed - there kids all over the streets though. Maybe try a conversation or two with them and perhaps you'll agree instead of being a snot-nose and judging. As for the bed-bug comment...whoa that s a personal problem, i haven t killed a bug yet in 9mmths!! Otherwise u just need to move in a different unit if its that bad w/bugs. As for the smell, agreed it does, from the ------- cooking i suppose...BUT realize it does not leak into your own apartment and only exists in the hallway. If your own unit smells buy a glade plug-in then. I bring friends/family over and im not embarrassed of the smell in the hallway b/c its still clean looking and i know they re walking into my place in a few seconds. Sorry if people need to eat to survive. As for the fire, its winter u dummies of course you need to stand outside and mgmt did everything correctly geez what more do you want!'!' OH and the gas bill people are complaining about how about just move to Florida and pay for cold air in your unit K'' Yes its high, but I also like to keep warm. Don t like the price then purchase an electric blanket and turn your heat down. Some are writing about the staff being rude, umm def never had a problem with them ever and someone made a comment to the mgr stating not to take so much time responding to these comments .well she/he is supposed to, why should it be a one-sided story!'! Carriage Park has every right to defend themselves and im glad to even see the mgr cares about an apartment ratings website and what the public has to say about their place. Anyways i love it here, size is great, price is great, ive toured several other places before coming here and this is by-far the best ive seen.

I am 100 percent sure that this review is from the management or staff or this apartment. Nobody other than the staff will write such a review in regard to carriage park apartments. The facts mentioned in the review are absolutely false. Nobody in this apartment complex are satisfied with the management or staff. High heat bills without giving any proper reading or any details regarding the company. A small sheet of paper bill which is absolutely making all the tenants a fool. there are bugs in the apartment. I asked the office and maintenance people regarding this bugs. But their answer is interesting. They told it is because of the season. ONce the season changes then it will go. What a management. There is smell in the apartment. Lifts are not working. I know that it took around one year to complete the repairing work of one lift. so I doubt it will take years to do the maintenance work at the apartments which are broken due to fire.

nope i defiantly am a resident w/no problems. that gas bill is the same anywhere else..i used to live in ventana hills in robinson, same bill price. guess i got lucky and put in a clean unit w/no smell/bugs or any problems. the only thing im NOT satisfied w/is the excercise room...a zillion residents and 2 bikes/tread mills!?!?! some even are broken. plus i had to pay 50$ just to use the room and cant even use it b/c its packed. meanwhile mgmt is spending money to put in a playground. owell gotta take the good w/the bad i guess.

Dear resident. Please visit to 400 camelot ct. and see the conditions of the apartments. If you are satisfied with the current conditions and the attitude of the management then you are great. You can see broken apartments, broken electric connections and every thing is in danger. No safety for the residents there. They are not doing the maintenance till now. If we ask their answer is they don't know. Then who knows. ? You cannot imagine we are paying rent every month in time. then they are responsible for doing their work from their part. They are simply sitting there accepting money and blaming residents. As per the management's attitude till now, you can expect the childrens play ground during the year 999999999999....... And they send great notices that they are doing something that is a great thing. It is not a great thing. It is very common in most of the apartment complexes. Do the essential maintenance work immediately that is the thing they have to do. Otherwise they have to pay big compensation for each residents for their irrsponsiblity.
