Yes. You are right. We are living at this apartment for the last one year. We are suffering a lot because of this managements irresponsiblity and wrong attitude towards its customers. You took the right decision not coming to this apartment. You will get very good apartments and you can meet very good people who is professional and caring about your problems. Never come again to see the manager or other staff as she said. THey are the worst people I ever met in my life either in my native country or in USA. Only the male staff at the apartment are good. All other people including manager are not at all concerned about your problems. I don't know why such a company like DREFUSS has such a waste staff. They don't know we are paying rent that is why these staff are getting their pay for living. So we are the bosses. Not they. The only only reason why we are staying here is we had lot of friends in this complex. It is heard from my friends that at his apartment there was a fire and after that his apartment is broken for maintenance. But still the work is pending. The bathroom , kitchen parts are brocken and electric wire and fire alarm connections are not covered and it is a dangerous place to live. But the management is staying in a cool enjoying office and getting paid.
so you took the right decision not to come here. YOu will get lot of good apartments at pittsburgh. And tell your friends not to come to this place unless the staff change their attitude or even after replacing them.
