So-so, not the worst, not the best

I moved out of Carriage Park because I outgrew my apartment and didn't want to pay $617 (raised from the $561 I was paying) for a 700 sq.ft. unit. I work Downtown so, it was very nice that the bus stop was so close. Although, many of the other residents commute via bus to Downtown, so the stop always had a HUGE line (20 people). The apartment itself wasn't too bad, though storage space was a problem. I recommend bringing a lot of shelving with you if you move into Carriage Park. I had two major maintenance complaints: There was some kind of rodent living on top of the heating vents that I could hear gnawing and scurrying around. CP sent people to look into but they did nothing. Also, the wiring was terrible in my unit and I had to dry my hair in the dining room because if I used the outlet in the bathroom, my blow-dryer would short the circuit. This also happened occasionally with the vacuum. I brought this to the attention of CP and they said that the wiring in the building was bad but it would cost too much to fix it.
Other than that I liked living there and I still would be if it weren't so expensive to move into a larger apartment in that complex.
