They just don't know how to trust people and don't how to talk either. They think they are everything here, but the manager needs to check her language. Just a disgusting experience when you want to book an apartment from someone.
Absolutely ZERO integrity value.

| On 2/16 a resident left a deposit and application fee to hold an apartment for someone. At that time I was told that the application and necessary documentation would be forthcoming. We were told we would receive it on 2/27, then we were told we would have it on 3/2 and as of today, 3/7 we are still waiting on all the necessary paperwork. We have no one bedrooms available until mid-April and have been turning away requests for one bedrooms. Every benefit of the doubt was given as this valued resident was representing a former resident. But I only received empty promises and was accussed of lying about turning away business. Carriage Park, and I personally, have gone above and beyond to accommodate those involved and their response has been to name call and post an annonymous complaint on the internet. I think doing what you say you're going to do is a sign of integrity. And from our side that has certainly been done. | |

Enforcing rules and policies is a very important part of managing an apartment community. It is not a popularity contest or telling people only what they want to hear. I will not comment any further to an annonymous attack.

Even your own co workers talk negative about you when one goes into the office and your not working. Shows you what kind of boss you are to work with.

How funny it is that when someone doesnt get what they insist on, how ignorant they respond. I for one am a resident here, and take offense at someone insisting on getting something no one else has been offered. I had to follow the rules and guidelines in applying for an apartment and would expect others do the same. I have had nothing but a positive experience with the staff at Carriage Park, from the Manager to the maintenance staff, and see the interaction between them. When I had come to rent an apartment at Carriage Park, there was very little to be moved into right away, why? because all the apartments were rented, this doesnt sound like a group of co workers that are unhappy with their Manager or each other, just at the people who insist on getting things beyond what they are able to offer. Are the apartments the best Pittsburgh has to offer? certainly not, however myself and so many other residents living here, enjoy our home and all it entails. So grow up and stop asking for what others are not able to get nor have the audacity to ask for. You are no better then the rest of us who live here at Carriage Park and love it.

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB due to failure to respond to a complaint When evaluating complaint. Sounds like a great place huh?

The complaint filed with the BBB that was not answered was received years ago, prior to my coming to Carriage Park. I agree that all complaints should be responded to.
