Rude behavior of carpet cleaning staff

Recently I renewed my lease contract and requested for carpet cleaning.
The leasing office ppl said they will inform before when it will be scheduled.
One fine day suddenly a person hitted my front door very hard. and my wife opened the door and the guy rudely says carpet cleaning and shouted why are we not prepared for carpet cleaning.
We haven't recieved any letter from leasing office. But the guy keep on shouting we shoud get letter..you must be ready for carpet cleaning. Some how we managed to keep the things aside.

And I called leasing office they said they sent letter. But how can it be missed. How we will receive other warning letters correctly saying don't hang clothes in balcony, and notice to pay the rent. But how this letter missed. They can not answer this.

And they don't explain the rude behaviour of the carpet cleaning guy and they will say they will reschedule the carpet cleaning..

Do you think if it is ok that any of the service person will behave rudely with family ladies like that.

The management don't care about it. Even thier behaviour are also rude for some time.
They always tell rule for tenants. and lease agreement also is favours to them.

It is standard practice to inform residents, in writing, whenever work is to be performed in their unit by a contractor. The purpose of this notification is to comply with the lease agreement and to give a resident time to make any preperations that might be necessary. I am not sure why you did not receive your copy of the letter, but I do regret the inconvenience it seems to have caused. I would like to apologize if you felt a contractor or vendor was rude to you. That is not something that I consider appropriate or acceptable. I am very familiar with the contractor you are referring to and find this out of his character, but I will talk to him. If you ever feel you have not been treated in a fair courteous and professional manager I hope you will contact me directly.
