HI,
I stay in 400 Building and these days I see a flyer every week. The flyer says what to do and what not to do blah blah... Everyone who stays are more educated. When coming to Kids, nothing is more important than kids.
There are 4 entrances for this building. People can always go thru one of entrances if they feel uncomfortable to go thru one entrance or they should buy house. The previous flyer says that people are getting disturbed when they are sleeping in the evening. I can't believe how noise from lobby travels to other floors. Is this because of poor construction, if so have a soundproof walls.
After working very hard, coming to house and seeing these flyers is not very pleasent. Please try to stop these FLYERS frequently. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

| Coinmac, the owner and operator of the laundry equipment, made the decision not to replace the card machines in the three high-rises. This was not the decision of Carriage Park. However, there is a laundry card machine located on the exterior of the leasing center that is available to all residents 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The residents of townhomes and all of the garden style buildings have been using the leasing center machine for years. Any perceived inconvenience in this situation is minimal. Dreyfuss Management has very clear Anti-Discrimination Policy that each employee signs and is to follow. Each employee of Carriage Park attends a Fair Housing class upon hiring. Discrimination, of any sort, can not and will not be tolerated. If you feel you have been discriminated against in any way I urge you to contact me immediately. The staff does not create rules on a daily basis. In fact, it is very rare that the community rules or the lease agreement are changed at all. Perhaps you did not fully read the lease agreement prior to moving in and were surprised by something in it? There is also a difference between being rude and not being able to give you the answers you wish to hear. I am sorry you are planning to leave Carriage Park. I sincerely hope you will consider meeting with me to discuss your concerns. To the gentleman who posted about his bed bug problem. As you and I discussed, at great length, everything that can be done is being done to treat your problem. However, it is NOT a Carriage Park issue. You moved into your unit over two years ago and did not report a problem until thirty days ago. The problem was brought into your unit, it was not pre-existing. Today your unit was not prepared to be treated and you have now increased the treatment period by another week at least. I also dispute your claims of the many units in your building being treated. You have the right to post your opinion, but I think it is only fair to give all the information. | |

Already the management treat the ppl like they giving apartments for free. They are not giving apartment for free.. They are giving service for our payment. Deffinately carriage park is the worst management in Pitsburgh area. You can try any other apartments like nobhills or any other. Or buy a home kick of these ppl that is what I did.

Exactly I agree with these people. Has anyone noticed that there is an acute problem of bebugs in carriage park. I have known atleast 5 people in 100 building who have had this issue. some on same floors. still they make it sound like you are resonsible for it. How can you be responsible and ur travel when there are 3 infested houses on ur floor. Has anyone noticed this . if yes let me know details like ur apartment number etc. This issue needs to be addressed coz bedbugs cause a lot of greif and loss(laundering all ur clothes, sometimes discarding furniture) and also they are extremely hard to get rid of and it takes longer to be able to do so.
Let me know anyone else facing this

Let me get this right, the people of the 400 building are smarter and more educated then the rest of the community? Sounds like the person writing is the guilty one as the rest of us dont mind flyers reminding us to be considerate of others. When flyers are sent, we know the management is listening to others that are the reciepients of the rude inconsiderate people.

Residents should not have to enter through side and back doors for no other reason that a large gathering is being held in the lobby. I wish Carriage Park had a community room that was available to the residents, but we do not. I recommend contacting some of the local hotels who offer ample meeting rooms at reasonable prices.
I think everyone knows how important children are. But that does not mean that hallways should be used as playgrounds and bicycle trails. There are areas outside for children to play where they will not disturb the other residents of the building. The flyer sent out regarding these issues was in response to complaints from several people in the building. I would not be properly doing my job if I did not respond to legitimate concerns.
