The management of this Apartment faciltiy are rude. The facility is about average. some people in the facility are nice.
I would avoid it entirely due to the rude and sometimes hostile attitude of the management staff.

| I believe Carriage Park is far above average for a community that was built in the 1960s. The community has been exceptionally well maintainted over the years and the owners of Carriage Park are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars each year in community and unit improvements. I am sorry that you have found members of our management team rude. I encourage you to contact me so we might discuss this further. | |

Your lease agreement required a sixty day written notice no matter when your lease expiration date is. There are no exceptions and that was clearly stated in your lease agreement. We are never reluctant to tell a former resident when someone new moved it into the their former unit. As a matter of fact that information is listed right on the Security Deposit Disposition form, it is not a secret from anyone. We can not and do not predict what a residents utility bills will be. There are too many contributing factors. We can give a year round possible estimate, but no more. I am unaware of any pending court issue regarding your notice requirement, but would be happy to discuss this matter with more if you are interested. Danielle D. I think the policy are unfair and unjust and I am about to go to court with them because they are requiring a 65 day notice to vacate on a month to month lease. The Original lease expired and now they are hitting my credit report.
I figured paying a extra 100 a month was due to me not wanting a lease and knowing I would be moving soon.
Another issue here is that when I original moved it I was told my bills would be less then 100.00 a month on average by the staff.
My Electric Bill was 200, and my gas was low but I was was not that bad but that is because they where crediting me 50 each month as part of the lease agreement original and I moved out before the winter months.
I would never rent from them again, and renting from them is not putting me in a legal battle to try to prevent them from charging me a extra months rent..
Also another note was they seemed a little reluctant to tell me the exact move in date of the new tenet to my old apartment!
