In general my apartment is old and in a bad shape, windows are old and they don't seal properly so the cost for air condition and heating are usually high, odors and noise are also a problem.

Please contact me regarding any repairs needed in your apartment. As well as any noise issues you are having with neighbors. The majority of the community has new windows and sliding glass doors. If you are waiting for new windows, I hope the wait won't be much longer.
