I've lived at chestnut manor for only 4 months, and I hate it. The first week I had moved in, someone stole my roomates bike. Within the first month we had our kitchen drawers break, water leaking through our carpets, and the pan underneath the fridge was full of god knows what and smelled terrible. If you work a night job you are woke up early the next morning because of them cutting the grass at 830 in the morning. You are given two unassigned parking lots, you're lucky if you can even find one. I got three tickets for parking along the road during a street cleaning day because there was not enough parking spaces in the lot. Everytime someone above you walks or anything it sounds like they are about to come through the ceiling. It's the middle of December and we have an ant problem in our bathroom. The only pros about this place are its location and price.
