Overpriced for as problematic as the place is

They count on suckers to see the sign from the parkway and stop in. And maybe a cursory inspection would lead one to believe the place is worth it, but living there proves otherwise. The 1-bedroom apartment I inhabitated had leaky skylights that wore away the corners of the ceiling with constant condensation, the carpet reeked of cat pee in the warm months, the carpet itself was waaay past due to be replaced. And i must echo the other comments: for as much as they spray pesticides there, the place is chock full of earwigs, spiders, ants, and various insects, likely due to them building the structures practically IN the adjoining forest of Settler's Cabin Park.
I guess i can't blame them for loud, rude neighbors, but I was (un)fortunate enough to have a succession of 3 of them living below me. Parking is ample. The cost is just a horrendous ripoff. And don't even think of getting out of the lease early, even if you agree to pay the balance of what would have been a shorter lease term. Tennis court is alright, but usually clogged with leaves, the pool is miniscule especially for how big the complex is, but that's not a unique problem for these sort of mega-complexes. The gym consisted of amazingly ancient nautilus machine (usually in some state of disrepair) and some treadmills, and is inhabited by some fairly scary folk.
If it were better-maintained and cheaper, it might be a place to recommend, but as it stands, you can do better for less.
