I gotta say I had a great experience at Chestnut Ridge. The office staff was always friendly, the maintenance did their best to stay on top of things. All you had to do is ask! The apartments were a little aged, but I knew that before I moved in. I could always stop in the office and get a warm welcome unless they were swamped.
Keep in mind you cannot make everyone happy and normally those who complain are the ones you cannot make happy no matter what you do.
