Noise is not a factor here as the block does not seem to be full and I have no partygoers. At least I have not heard any because I live there through the week then travel at the weekend. The apartments are old; things do not look too tidy, such as the rust coming through the paint on the stairs. The wood siding on the building is nice enough but to impress someone that you live here, forget it. The cost of the rent is too much unless you have one of the specials; the facilities/amenities are not really up to much. The pool area is nothing special, the Gym, well is just an insult to the name! In the apartment; the washer dryer are old but work ok, the cooker and dryer,,,, emmm everything is not modern and because of it looks well used. If you don?t like the granny house look and feel, you wont like it here. Sometimes there are a few cars go too fast in the parking area because there are no speed ramps. However, the above aside, its convenient hassle free, so it works for me. If I were in the area to permanently live I would not stay here.
