Good Place to Live

My wife and I just moved to Pittsburgh, (from Michigan) and had a place picked out in Mt. Washington without having the chance to look at it. It turned out to be a nightmare. We had both lived in downtown Detroit for 2 months because of interning at Henry Ford Hospital and I can honestly say that it was cleaner than the place we were about to move into. We left and said we would not live there and came out to Robinson to stay overnight and figure out what to do. We saw the sign for Chestnut Ridge and decided to check it out. The Management staff was very friendly and within 3 hours we had looked at three different appartments signed a lease and began moving our stuff in. We have been here for 2 months now and have had very few problems, and the few we have had have been fixed by maintenance in an acceptable amount of time. There are no noise problems as far as we have noticed so far. The pool is small, but not that many people seem to use it all at once so it isn't that bad. The gyms and volleyball courts are nice to be able to use along with free BBQ grills with gas. Overall this is a very nice place to live in with enough different appartment layouts that will fit everyone's lifestyles form singles to couples or even families (that includes pets!!). We don't have a pet yet but that is another thing that is nice because all you pay is a small deposit for cats and no monthly charge, and a deposit for dogs and either 10$ or 20$ extra per month. There is some construction from Bayer making an exit ramp onto 279 but other than that the area is nice. I would give this complex a great overall rating thus far.
