A good reviewer is fair and BALANCED, the reviewers from September 2003 were just UNBALANCED. (Their positively glowing reviews, coupled with insults to the previous renters, who had already suffered from Horrible experiences with so-called management, just exhibits who is really CRAZY!) At least the other reviewers gave concrete examples; and like myself, noted positively as well as negatives.

I have given positive reviews to several of the apartments that I had rented, but they were fairly earned. In fact, I bent over backward to note the positives and didn't even detail ALL of the insane behavior by the office staff. Like their habit of ignoring phone calls and written requests, and when I stopped at the office to speak with the manager about the lack of response, being told the office was off limits and then getting threatening notes sent from them.

The only positive of their insane behavior, and their threatening notes, was it made it perfectly clear to the attorneys that I was justified in breaking my lease to get the heck out of there.

Go ahead, call us CRAZY but raw sewage is not my idea of AWESOME and is definitely not a sign that anyone is "impossible to please". Unless that pleases you'
