The apartment was cold and noisy, but it did have all brand new amenities and appliances when I moved in to it in May 1987. The noise was just too much to take. The neighbor on top of me took karate lessons, and he practiced every day. Need I say more' I could not wait to move out of that hell hole!!!

The office staff was rude then. Complaints were brushed off and not taken seriously. Since a leopard can't change its spots, I guess it is no better now.
