Although it's been a few years since we lived at Chestnut Ridge, once an apartment community goes downhill they don't seem to improve with time. We had a short term lease and couldn't wait to get out. When we lived there the walls were very thin - you could hear your neighbors talking, fighting, and having sex. The dishwasher didn't work and it took over a month for parts. The toilet ran constantly and it took maintenance a few tries before they could fix the problem so they weren't very experienced. Also, there was a flying bug infestation which they could not control. Definitely NOT the luxury apartment community they advertised. Keep looking for something better.
