Except I'm paying $800 bucks to live in this dump. They don't tell you that they are going to add water, refuge, sewage & a service fee (') into your rent each month. So if they tell you you're going to pay $650 a month, you're not, it's going to be aleast $100 more. And for what''' I see bugs all over my apartment, cobwebs barricade my front door, my toilet runs, my dryer doesn't dry clothes in one cycle, my disposal doesn't work, my sink leaks & my dishwasher doesn't work. I have called numerous times to that incompetant staff and they send someone over who "fixes" it, but it is never fixed. The last time someone came, they locked my kitten in the coat closet and when I called to complain I was told "well maybe your cat sneaked in there by accident." How patronizing! I didn't know a kitten knew how to open a door on his own. Chestnut Ridge spends their money on unncessary things like making pretty signs that directs you to the leasing office. My advice' Turn around! Go back! I'm stuck in this dump until April of 06!
