My spouse and I have lived here for two years and we love it. It's a great location, the office people and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. There are many great things about Chestnut Ridge that we will miss when we have to leave. They have alot of ammenities to offer, but some of them are in need of improvement. The pool is nice but could use some fixing up, same with the gym area. Judging on as many improvements I've seen the staff make since we moved here, I would guess that these things will be addressed in no time. The apartments themselves are very nice, although the appliances arent brand new they still get the job done. All in all there is no regret coming here to Chestnut Ridge, the rent seemed to be on par for the area and everywhere else we checked, we love the community here, and the Office staff is second to none.
