Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004

I lived here for a year. The buildings are fastly detiorating and in disrepair. The insides of apartments are out of date and need new appliances. The only good feature of the complex is its location. They also accomodate a lot of low-class residents. They should tear down and start over.
