This place is digusting! They charge you $765 for a "large" one bedroom and you get appliances from 1975! During the winter your apartment is cold so you have to raise your thermostat and get those off the chart gas bills. In the summer it's not so bad, but you get a bunch of insects who decide to move in with you. The wall are very thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. There is always a plumbing problem which takes maintenace a day and a half to fix. Oh and my favorite is the ice removal they do to the streets and parking lot. Unless you're a figure eight ice skater you're gonna have problems! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! At least if you pay $765 a month somewhere else you are going to get $765 worth of an apartment!
