I has lived in CR for a couple of months and they clearly just try and get you in and then pass along quite a few charges that NEVER come up when discussing the lease. Was promised garage space within a couple weeks of moving in... yeah, didn't happen. I simply wish they would have been more up front with the expenses of living here. Seems as if they could care less if you stay ot go.
