Chestnut Ridge Apartments

nice place to live From: canuckRN Date posted: 6/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I don't know what everyone is complaining about. The staff is excellent, any questions comments or concerns are promptly addressed. Yeah we get a few spiders, or ants, but the minute you tell them, they make an urgent call to the Orkin man, and problem solved. I think you'll get bugs anywhere though. The location is great, especially with the recent construction of the Ridge Road. You have a really nice park within walking distance for ridding walking picnicing or hiking. Plus if the "tall guy with the cut off shirt" is harrassing you, you can walk to the wave pool! The residents who have been there for a while, are really friendly. We play volleyball in the summer time, and hang out by the pool. Everyone is pretty approachable so it makes it easy for people new to the area. Rent is $765 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath on the ground level, but hey for something similar where I come from in Toronto, it would easily be close to $3000 per month.
