I moved into my apartment around the the end of 2001, start of 2002. Any problems I have the leasing staff has always taken care of, and Maintenance has never been an issue for me. The few major problems that I have, the leasing department has tried to resolve so that both parties can be happy.
The neighbors here are nice and you can approach them with no problems.
My only problem with chestnut ridge, is that I can't get a dish, and adelphia is my only choice. Adelphia is expensive as heck. For three or four channels that I want I have to get the who digital package.
