Mixed emotions

My lease will be up soon and I do have mixed feelings. I will not be renewing my lease, although I don't feel this was a bad place to live. The walls are very thin. When winter started, our heater did not work and it took them a few days to get someone to light our pilot light. We've had to have a dryer fixed several times.
But I like the private entries and the sturdieness of the doors and locks. The pool is very nice and the apartment was clean and well maintained.
Overall I think Chestnut Ridge is a pretty nice place to live, although I think its a bit overpriced.
