I have lived at CR for almost two years. I will not be renewing because they do not take care of problems properly. I had to have a hot water heater replaced after it flooded my apartment. The didn't clean up the water properly and they also left ink stains on my carpet from the box the heater came in. They do NOT take care of the hill or parking lots during snow storms. My neighbor and I both had to have our cars pulled out of the our parking lot because 5 days and 3 phone calls later, the lot is still not clear. My walkway is ice and I watched 3 cars wreck on the hill because it was not clear. CR did not pay for any damage. The people were told to drive more carefully. All other roads in the area were clear. You lease office just gives excuses and doesn't really do anything when called about the snow. Also, the noise level is a real problem. I can hear my neighbor urinating. It's gross.
