This was my first apartment when I moved to Pittsburgh in October 1993. I lived there for more than 2 years until purchasing a home in Franklin Park in January 1996. I lived at 1926, the best unit in the place!!. 2nd Floor, 2 bedroom, skylight, great view of the Parkway. The park setting was awesome. The available ladies were great. In fact, I met a terrific woman soon after moving in. We've been married more than 12 years now, with 2 wonderful children. I realize it has been many years since I lived at Chestnut Ridge. Times change, and as I read these reviews, sometimes not for the better. However, from my own personal experience, it was fantastic living at Chestnut Ridge in the mid 90's.
