I have lived here almost a year and it has been horrific and I will not be renewing my lease. There's hardly ever any parking in front of my building, all the appliances are old and good luck getting the washer and dryer to work, I had to have mine replaced a few times. Most of the people that live here are completely inconsiderate, don't pick up after their dogs and if you even try to walk through the grass your going to step in something. DO NOT live on the bottom floor because if you have a fatty above you then all you are going to hear is stomping around at all hours! They don't take care of the place in regards to making sure the roads and walks are salted and clear of snow and ice. The fitness box, er room, is a complete disaster, and no one cleans the tanning bed after using it and its gross, and to top it all off, rent just raised to $705/month plus all utilities for a 1 bedroom!!! (600 square feet). I'm sure I have a ton more complaints that I'll remember after typing this, but that is all I can think of for now. The only upside to living here was how close I was to shopping and the parkway, very convenient. Other than that, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

You are certainely on point...the nasty outdoor parking lot should be a hazard to our health...poop everywhere and maintenance is unbelieveable...the rent is soooooo not worth it...how about reducing the rent for 1bdrm $500month and 2bdrm$550month now we are talking!
