Chestnut Ridge has tried to improve the property and it looks nice. However they brought in workers and they lived amongst the regular tenants and were not the type of neighbors you would want. They were crude with thier actions and language. They pretty much did what they wanted and when tenants complained, they were tols that nothing could be done about it. I have found that Chestnut Ridge does not care about tenants complaints. The rules change from lease to lease and tenant to tenant. The apartment is not worth the rent. Many tenants have moved because of all the problems.
