I have really liked my past 1.5 years here. Unfortunately it's just too much money for a one bedroom that is not in the city. The appliances are dated, but WAY better than comparably priced other complexes around here. Very quiet and safe, at least around my building. Staff is extremely attentive. I would stay if it were even just a little bit cheaper.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. You must have had one of the only apartments with insulation and were not paying to heat/cool the outside. And only having 1 bedroom you also didn't have to be concerned that the air system didn't reach to the front of the apartment leaving the front room at the mercy of the outside elements seeping through the uninsulated windows and walls rendering the space unusable during extreme temperatures. You also must have had a working furnance that didn't take 3 tries over a week and a half to fix during the coldest part of the winter. I'm also guessing you didn't mind the extra fees to set up your water account and the monthly processing fee for the water payment which they don't disclose when you sign the lease. I could go on but what's the point. For those of you apartment hunting - Keep Hunting!!!
