I've lived here a long time (longer than I care to admit) but one thing I do have to
say is - I've always found the office/maintanance crew easy to work with and have no
complaints with them. They have always been professional and responsive... What I've found to decline over the years are the quality of the tenants. The tenants in my opinion have gotten to be the biggest problem here. For example -
people who don't pay their rent, get notices from the magistrate on their doors, and
move out in the middle of the night! Tentants who leave garbage by their front doors, (including piled up dog poop bags - believe it or not...I thought I'd seen everything!), people who let their dogs poop/pee in the 'yard areas' instead of the field accross the service road designated for them, people who let their animals run
loose (with no regard for the animal's safety) people who clean out their cars (fast food garbage,ashtrays )or add oil-coolant-wiper fluid to their cars
right in their parking spot and LEAVE that garbage right there(!!) People who don't put garbage INTO the dumpster - but pile it up beside the dumpster, etc. People who don't have any idea what it means to live in an apartment (respect for your neighbors when it comes to noise,slamming doors, at all hours of the night, etc) cars 'drag'racing in the middle of the night, people even partying outside in the parking lots in the middle of the night...these are just a few of the things that I've experienced - Again - I've lived here a while and generally like it and the management - but am finally considering the hassle of moving (UGGHH!!!)because I miss living and being surrounded by 'normal' respectful adult people...instead of
feeling like I'm living in a DORM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
