This i have to say is and was the worse place i have ever lived, no management on site, she`s never there, she dont come to work on time, she treat people likes she is better than them, she is just a rude ignorant person,( witch), the pleace is so far gone now, the grounds are dirty and overgrown, the buildings are dirty, the laundry rooms are dirty, the machines take forever to dry clothes, you complain to the management and nothing gets done, she the management cant even hire a maintenance man, it`s been almost 1 year since the last maintenance man left, what a mistake that was to let him go, but it was all becuase of the manager, as for my opinion, well lets just say that i would not let a BUM stay at this place. theres no onsite maintenance, nor is there any kind of security guard, she fired hime also after 30 years of service, she got rid of the painters that have been painting up there for over 20 years, got rid of the preventive maintenance sewer line cleaners, but she got her Husband the plumbing work, how ironic is that, what a conflict of interest that is, but they just keep letting her so whatever she wants to, PRETTY SOON THAT PLACE WILL BE JUST ANOTHER RUN DOWN GHETTO ALL DUE TO PISS POOR MANAGEMENT.
wELL i said my piece, and i`m so glad to be out of there ( that prison feeling )place, so i would just say avoid at all cost moving to CHURCHVIEW GARDEN APARTMENTS.
