This apartment complex is a nice place to live. The old manager is gone and there is a new manager in her place and he is so much better than she was. If anything needs repaired it is done so in a timely manner. However one big problem is that since the parking lot was repaved this past summer the speed bumps were not put back in and people fly through the parking lot at 30-40 mph even though the posted speed limit is 10 mph. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or even killed.
