I'm in the process of trying to escape this prison. The Maintenance is horrible. Right now I have a leaking refrigerator, a clogged bathtub, only a box spring to sleep on, and a hole in the floor. I have called them about this and they have yet to come fix any of it. It's noisy from all the traffic and thin walls and not to mention all the college students. THere used to be a pool but they paved it over when Duquesne took over. None of the pay phones work. THe hallways always smell,on top of rent, you have to pay an extra $10 for the gym and $40 for the tanning bed...but it closes at 10 and you always have to wait forever. If you bring a guest in, you have to hand over both your ID and your guest's and your blue card to get in and out of the building. After doing so, you can't leave the side of your guest or you'll get in trouble...which means you can't go out to the store and leave them there....oh yeah and parking is $140/mo...and parking for your guests...good luck...the garage is almost never open to the public and if you can't go in the garage you have to search up and down the streets for a space...and pay 50cents every half hour I believe...maybe every hour...but that's still crazy. I think I'm done...the only good thing...is the heat is great...but then again I live on the 14th floor...oh yeah I forgot to mention, the elevators suck and there's always a fire drills and the washers and dryers suck too.
